Polishing carburetor exterior
I have a old original Barry Grant Mighty Demon 750 cfm carb going on third engine mechanically excellent freshly rebuilt .Just looks like crap!! Any ideas on how to clean it up to look better

i'd give Brasso a try. i know it works wonders on a lot of metals.

I believe this is how they were "polished" at the factory.

It should have been buffed and polished while it was apart for the rebuild.
It can still be done but, it would take more time and need cleaned to remove the waxes. Especially inside.
Just use bobbs with compounds.
