Just wondering if anyone has a way to install the throttle cable and tranny cable to a edelbrock carb.As stated it was tpi efi now carb so need some thoughts on running the appropriate cable ...Is there a kit to buy ect.

I don't know what you have on the engine from the EFI that will transfer over. My EFI had the cable stops and throttle body brackets built in. I suspect you need a cable stop bracket that you need to bolt to your intake manifold that will be the "fixed" stop for the accelerator cable and the Transmission TV cable. Something like Edlebrock 8031. You probably also have to get the Edlebrock 8026 that bolts to the throttle bracket on the carb for the Transmission TV Cable.

Hey thanks for your imput.Im using an edelbrock carb so i suspect from what i read i will need new throttle cable and tranny as there to long.Also seems a variety of brackets suggest would work .Looks like Amazon has a specter bracket.However I like your suggestion.Ps the beast runs good now.
I have been able to shorten the cables by pulling out the inside and cutting the outside with a cutoff wheel But, new cables are always nice and look better.
