The MAP (vac) sensor is on the firewall near the brake booster. Looks just like the baro sensor w blue plug except it has a vac line where the baro sensor doesn't.
As GT said, what you have circled is the power brake line. Since it's part of the CAR, not of the ENGINE, it's not on the ENGINE vac diag. The thing joining the rubber hose to the metal is a filter; the thing where the rubber goes into the booster is a check valve.
