Why does it shut off ?
My car always shuts off when I make a u-turn or when I brake relatively hard. Is it because the floats arent adjusted properly ? Is my fuel pressure too low ? The pressure is at 6 psi and I'm using an Edelbrock 750 carb.

that dont sound like a carb prob to me, the edelbrocks dont have the float adjustment as far as i know.....just idle, part time vaccum and full time vacuum...6 psi is about right for it...my 600cfm has about 5 psi but i have a stock gm 305 mech pump on it...(gone real soon)..i personally dont think its carb related
