PLENTY of CFM for those mods and MANY MANY more. 750-800 CFM depending on the exact carb you have.
You just want to make sure your secondary air valve opens a full 85-90 degrees to get all that flow. Many QJets only open 55-75 degrees stock. If yours doesn't open all the way you can remedy this by filing down the stop on the passenger side of the carb that limits secondary air valve opening OR (my preferred method) go to the junkyard and find a carb that the air valve ALREADY opens all the way and swap that secondary air valve shaft into your carb.
------------------
94 Firebird Formula M6- No options but Z rated tires. No mods over $10. 13.5@105.
79 Malibu "beater" w/junkyard 400 SBC, tweaked QJet 4bbl, finally a decent set of heads, a few other tricks. A maddening 13.000001 @ 108 on the motor with little traction. No nitrous runs with the new heads yet.
Grandma's old 78 Malibu (33K miles!) soon to have the powertrain from the 79 put in it.
