Road Demon Carbs
Road Demon Carbs
Anyone have any experience with the Road Demon carbs? Particulaly the 625. I'm currently using a carter600cfm w/750 jet and vac secondaries. Am looking for more HP or better effiency if possible.
Yeah, I have one on my car. I had a Qjet before, and I love this carb. The choke works everytime, I get better gas mileage now. If you have any questions, email me or something. Ive got pics of it on my car too

It really depends on what you are putting this carb on. While it is a great carb for a 305... it may not be big enough for a healthy 350+ SBC. Then you would have to go with the Street Demon or bigger (Race or King I think). With those, you can have different sizes, but adding a choke is another $50 and the fuel line they use is unique to Demons and is another $80... that on top of the Street Demon's $414 pricetag was way too much for me...

Thanks for the input guys, that 400 dollar price tag is a real show stopper, at least for the time being. I'm looking to do the 305/350 swap in a month or so. I may stick with the Carter that I'm using now. At least for a while. Maybe if I can ever find a used one, or remaned one.
