Where to mount electric pump?

I'm in the process of installing electric fuel
pump in my 82 Z!Where does everyone install these pumps,right behind driver side rear seat?If anyone has pics of theirs installed,I would really appreciate if you could send them to me!Only want to mount the pump once,hate drilling holes more than once in my car!Really appreciate any help,thanx!

I mounted mine behind the LR seat (like you suggest) It is a nice installation but i can hear it whine at idle.
