Got to be Honest, I have No Idea
Some might laugh at this question, But Ive never had a carb with electric choke until now. How do you hook up an electric choke. There are two terminals that say negitive and Positive. Does the positive need to turn on with the key or does it always have power to it? also there is a a fitting with a screen in it.

Negative needs to be grounded, positive needs 12V but only when the key is on.
Where is the fitting and what size is it?

The fitting is fitting used for 3/8 copper pipe. The same fitting as used with a compression wring.
only I dont think it has a compression wring in it.

I believe that's a filtered air inlet for the choke. There's a little hole that lets vacuum into the choke housing (now there's oxymoron for you!) and that little hole lets in fresh air to replenish what is evacuated.
