Looking for a cheap, rust-free car, just to be used for simple commuting, can be z28/trans am/formula, want a 5.0/5.7 car

I'm located 20 min north of Philadelphia, PA and work in Trenton, NJ, so if anyone is local to those areas, I'd like to see what you have

Please reply with what you have, engine/trans must work well

 

Cheap, rust free, northeast, those do not normally all go together, having lived up there for 9 years or so, but @5hrs south you can get a low miles 1990 L98 IROC-Z for $4000, thats cheap, and 95% rust free, its on the for cars for sale board, 66k original miles, very good condition.
