TBfirebird ripped me off...he was posting ads in the classifieds that he ports/polishes/Ultim. TB mods so I sent him my TPI throttlebody to be polished. I would have polished it myself but I really didnt want to and figured I would have someone else do it for me. So I sent it out to him along with a money order of $60. This was for a full sand blast/polish to a mirror finish. I thought it was an ok price for the work. well it took a while to get back to me (sent to the wrong address) But when I opened the package and look at the TB it was sand blasted, and that was it. The sand blast job was so half-assed that there was still carbon on the TB in about every corner. I could have brought it to work and blasted it, And worst of all it wasnt even polished not even an attempt. So I PMed him about my TB and he still has yet to PM me backl all I asked was for some of my money back, not all but most of it cause the job wasnt even completed.

So if u are thinking of sending your stuff off to him I would skip him and just bring it to a local body shop. Also TBfirebird thanks for nothin!

I would show up at his place with some lead filled boxing gloves and see to it that he never posts in TGO classifieds again....

To those who scam, or advertise empty promises:

If you are stupid enough to scam me and provide me with an address, you will be visited. I don't care if it is a $20 part, you screw with me, your payback is UNREGULATED by any law that I know of. If I visit you on your doorstep and the sight of your face upsets me, I will knock your teeth out and take a return flight home. It's that simple, if you are bigger than me....I will steal your car or burn your house down. Your 'safety bubble' of distance is no barrier to me, I know that all roads lead to anywhere and flights are dirt cheap these days.

You only want some of your money back? This guy is a total slob. He advertises service......much more responsibility than parts. He discraces the other TGO members.

He should be fined $100 for his 'attmpted polishing' by TGO moderators.

He should be caned until his backside is split open a few times, just for abusing the internet.

sandblasted with the very stuff he partially cleaned your intake with.....everywhere except the eyes.

He should refund you at least double for being such a clown.



I can fix cars, and wire systems, you don't see me advertising in here. I thought that was against the rules....?

If you just offer some service, and not advertise your business, I dont think there is any harm.

Start emailing him constantly, try to get his phone number beings that you have his name and addy... dont let up!

 

spam the living fu ck out of him by signing his name up for all kinds of mail. credit apps, etc.

hey sorry about the problem iv just got back from tx big family problem id say what happened but you probally wouldnt belive me but anyways if you send it back to me ill polish it up and clean it better than new.sorry about that.didnt mean to rip you off.

 

OK, I will send it back...All I ask for is honesty, not to be told something and not have it completed. Now I will hope that it will be the mirror finish like u stated B4... Expect it to arrive by the end of the week... Now u can redeem urself here, nothin I hate more than leavin bad feedback for someone..So heres ur chance..lol and let all bad tastes be washed away!!!

ok Sorry, I must apologize here. I have run into a money crisis and havent been able to ship out the TB...I will get around to it within this week however. Sorry for the delay!!!

I had work done by this individual last year and was very disappointed w/ the work. But, considered I got what I paid for b/c it was inexpensive. No matter, the finished work is not what was advertised.

I have before & after pics of the TBI unit. I also have pics of the results after the additional hours I put in after receiving the unit to make it closer to what is being advertised and I expected.

To be fair, the Injector Pod Spacer was a good purchase. However, the TBI spacer however was not. The throttle bores weren't even round.

 

That is so well put, I can't even explain how good that felt to read
