Definitely a scam . Same Email was sent to me when I tried to sell my Silverado . He sent the check alright , but it was fake . Steer clear of this moron .....

 

i sent him an e-mail saying i want 10 grand for my car, and that he has to wait 10 days for it to clear

LOL, "Alfred Wilson" just tried to scam me too. Sent me a check and also had 3 others in my fed ex package that he wanted me to mail. All would have gone to the FBI or Secret Service but they had no interest in going after the guy. So he'll keep scamming.

this is the same scam that a cristian crema is doing, could be the same person.

 

Same scam that James Blanc and some other name tried to get me with.

It went on for 3 months... weird phone calls (with the HEAVIEST African accent ever), emails, etc. Ending in a cashier's check in wax paper envelope (no fingerprints) from some bank in NJ. The letter was postmarked from CT, no return address.

I was going to send all the emails, the check, the envelope, and the recording he left on my answering machine to the FBI too, but it just isn't worth the hassle.

I just feel bad for the people that fall for it and get stuck with $1000's of bills and fines!

yes its a scam, i just recieved a check of $4,825 for a TPI unit the check isn't worth the paper its written on.
