it took long enough but i actually got my product.... now i am happy... sorry everyone.. i looked at his record and he seems to be a good seller....

wow, that sucks, that is mail fraud, u can file a mail fraud claim w/ the USPS, it may not help but u never know..

I had a similar situation this year when i bought my 3rd gen, i got the car but no title ( title was to be shipped with car), anyway seller got my money and months went by still no title. what we had to end up doing was call ( i think it was the sheriffs department) of the county where the seller lived and explained the situation. As long as you have proof of a transaction where money was exchanged for a good or service you should be able to get your money back.

the engine was built last winter and im about 75 percent done with my beefed up suspension mods right now.... i want to take it to rockingham and see what it does.... this is definitely a muscled out l98.... i want to see how far i can push an all motor stock headed l98.....
