I paid for a pair of lexan t-tops over a month ago and have not received them yet and he has not replied to any correspondence for over 1 week. I have had to open a paypal dispute. I will post the results of the dispute.

I never got my carpet from him, he did send the door guard impact moldings. Never got an answer what was up. I just bought a complete center console from Danny @ thirdgenranch...at least they ship out stuff you pay for. Good lock handing it, iw as too late to open a dispute.

Yes I did not respond to one of your pms and I have already apologized for that. When you pmed me the time before that and asked for an update on shipping I told you what was going on and that I was having problems and there was going to be a delay and you said you understood. I even told you I was sending the other part you wanted to buy with the tops for free to makeup for the delay. Yes I did drop the ball but I have offered to refund your money or to send the parts. Your t tops are on the way along with the free shifter indicator and tracking info was provided to you what more do you want?

You never gave me the number under the bar code, you said you didn't have a tracking number (it's a customs dispatch note number but it's also the tracking number... looks like C....................US) but I don't need the carpet anymore, I have a complete console now.

Yep that kind of sucked I jacked the 91 camaro up pulled the rear apart an what the *%@ do I find someone replaced the rear with an older rear with 26 splin axils.

I have no idea what has went on,but here is my experience with Dave.
I posted an ad looking for a crossmember.I was offered several at $40-$80,plus shipping.Dave sent me a PM offering me one for less than $20,SHIPPED!!!!
I paid him,and recieved the part in roughly one week.
As far as I'm concerned,Dave is an A #1 guy,and VERY helpful and honest.
I am betting that this situation is being blown out of proportion,and that Dave Mc. is doing honest business.

I posted for a part, Dave had it for $10. Not much money involved, but I got it in a timely manner. I have no complaints with him at all. In fact I just gave him a good rating in the feedback forum.

Sorry to hear your having problems. I got a driveshaft from him and I got it 2 days after I ordered it (very fast shipping). It was exactly as described. Good luck.
