KamikazeIroccy: This last statement and I'm done, promise
This is not a debate, nor a discussion. I'm going to ask the mods to please lock this thread once it is opened. i'm not going to argue with anyone about this, I'm simply posting my findings.
Kamikazi kept asking for me to post up an appology once I opened the fresh 383 that was in the car, so everyone could see that he wasn't lying about the engine being built and being worth more than I paid for the car.
I opened up the block today and found 30 over pistons but a stock crank, so it's a 355. Not the end of the world, until you take into consideration that it was full of water.
That's all i wanted to say, just to get it out in the open since he begged me to post my findings once I opened the block up.
The bottom end was full of chocolate milkshake and goo:

This is all the water that we soaked up with newspaper:

From Kami
"He stillwont admitthemotor is good. I didn't lie pictures don't lie. The only thing we got confused was that I thought my abandoned car paperwork was equivalent to a title since it came from the state! He left, called me back and said he wanted it. I offered to pay for gas and to pay him back yet he refused which leads me to believeheknows he got a good deal. We agreed $300 for a non running car I only got $150 which I know he's lying about the hood because they cost $465 by itself, plus the rear hatch wasn't free, and the motor is good, I bought it from Relic87329!

the motor is good, I bought it from Relic87329!
OR kamikaze replaced the motor with a 355 and tried to sell it as a 383. Either way I dont care, just stating before you whip out the ban stick, you gotta look at all possible scenarios/stories/etc to determine whats going on.

IF you do that, then you need to look at doing something about Relic87329 as he sold the motor as a 383 and obviously lied about that

That and we have no documentation of what happened between those two individuals outside of what you see here on the forums. BlueZee has documented his whole progress, and we've also seen the other side of the story and it's lacking of reliable information.

By selling that engine claiming it as a "fresh" 383, he is stating this as factual information without even looking into it. That in itself is not truthful because you have no means of proof outside of what someone else said. If that were the case, he SHOULD have said "this is supposedly a fresh 383, but I really don't know.."

I texted him today when I got the block pulled apart and got him to admit lying about everything.
It's my understanding that Relic sold him a 355. I don't think he touched it before selling it to me.

We understand your upset. You clearly stated KamikazeIroccy lied to you. No need to continue beating a dead horse.
