Please do!

I've wanted to see a glass window install.
I'm tired of the plastic rear window impeding my rear-view.

The plastic rear window needs to be protected from the UV. The ultraviolent rays cause it to discolor, turning brown. The bad news is that no amount of plastic cleaner will rescue it at that point. The good news is that the entire top doesn't need to be replaced. If the rest of the top is in good shape, you can have an auto upholstry shop sew a new rear window for much less than the price of replacing the entire top. I had a new rear window sewn into mine for roughly $125 about 3 years after I bought the car. That was 8 years ago. I've protected the window from the UV since then and the window is still in good shape.

Any good cleaner for plastic windows will work, but the most important part is to use a VERY SOFT, CLEAN CLOTH when polishing it. I forget what the name of the cleaner I use it, but I picked it up a few years ago at boat/marine canvas shop. It is made specifically for heavy-weight plastic windows.
