Rear Top Seal
I've got a '92 RS vert, the seal at the rear of the top is a bit worn, the sections that screw into the body at the ends of the seals are worn out and split, letting moisture in the car when it rains and lots of noise when driving. I called my local Chevy dealer and the seal was $140, a bit to expensive for my budget, Does anyone know a reasonable place to order a rear top seal?
Also a small part of the top has pulled away from the frame at the rear left corner, the top is in great condition, was replaced 3 years ago by the person I bought the car from, can the spot be reglued to the frame and what is the best glue to use?
I'd appreciate any help.

Ragtopfrank,
Some of the other guys on this site have installed their own tops. I have not tried it myself but they seemed to like GORILLA GLUE for attaching their tops...
As far as the rear seal goes The only source I know of right off is ThirdGenResource. Here is the page listing all their vert specific parts. Their price on the rear seal is 122.00. By the time you pay shipping you are probably at or above the cost at the dealer...
Maybe somebody else has a better source...

Glad to see you weathered the storms.

Thanks
SPEED, thank you so much for the info, much appreciated. I'll definitely try Gorilla Glue. Hurricane Frances was a "bitch", but I did put my vert in the garage, it stayed nice & dry.
