was at the junkyard yesterday. there was a 91 rs vert. it looked like the front latch area on the windshield was different. smaller holes a such. are they. i grabed the plastic cover but am unsure if it will fit my 88 vert.

needless to say i took as much as i could get off the car. all trunk carpeting, all vert specific carpet. roof cover, rear 3 point seatbelts, roof cover hinges, trunk weather strip, both side spoiler sections, rear interior panels. the interior was the same style as my iroc. all the little vert brackets. all the chrged was $100 unfortuanatly someone beat me to the top and top frame, and the trunklid.

 

Yay for the 88 IROC.

 

There were a few different latch designs used between 87-92. I know that 88's were different than 91, but I'm not sure if you can swap the entire pin and latch assembly from one to the other.

 

87 and 88 use the same top realse at front and rear

89-92 are the same

thats what i thought after looking at the windshield inner trim piece and my 88 iroc. oh well its spare parts to sell off then.
