1991chev cam con

i have a 91 Camaro Conv when i hit the horn no horn but the doom lights come on and when i hit that switch to open the back so i could put the conv top away the doom lights come on i could live with that but i need to open the lid for the top is there away to do it by hand thanks scott

Flip down the rear seat and you should see two black plasticy loops, one on each side. Pull them and then lift the tonneau up so you can raise/lower your top.

it turn out someone put a 15 amp it should be a 30 works get now thanks this place is great
