hmmm...
I am wanting to put TPI on an old Buick 430 engine I have, What I would need is basically the connectors... I definately would be interested in the MAF if its still functional.
The wires... I have to think about it because it would be installed on a non SB Chevy I would have to re-wire it all anyways, IE my O2 sensor is on the RH exhaust instead of LH...

okfoz,
If you pull that off let me know! I have a 1970 Buick Electra Convertible 455 car and that sounds like it would be a cool thing to do. I also have a Complete 1969 430 Buick engine sitting in the garage. Hold on to it they are pretty rare motors. Only made in 68-69 I believe.

In 1967 The 425/401 "Nail Head" was replaced by the all new 400 & 430. Then in 1970 thru 1976 the 455 replaced both of them IIRC.
Right now I am learning air flow mechanics and how to make smooth transitions from one area to the next. (things like avoiding sharp corners etc) THe formulas for calculating optimum corners for flow...
Honestly at this time its all talk (its still cheep)... I really would like to do it but time, money and family have this interesting way to collide like splitting atoms.
I have access to several 430's. and a few 455's in the back room where I work... One is the original motor from my 67.
