I saw that the other day. What's with the weird center stripe? And the paint is original and clean, but that's all I can say about it. The interior could use some work. Imagine if the owner just kept the car all yellow and put the money he used for the gold metallic paint into the interior, it would be much better.

The paint scheme is very different. It is the only drop top 3rd gen I could find on e-bay. These things aren't getting any easier to find these days.

Uhhh orignal as in the design of the paint job.

Not a bad "project" car.

1) THe passenger arm rest is missing
2) there is a peculiar hole behind the rear speaker panel
3) the cap behind the drivers door is missing
4) it has an odd paint job
5) The Gold GTA rims look ok.. but they should be black it would look 100% better.
6) The Ultima seats are throwing me off... its a Base firebird, but they match well...
7) For 7500 at least spray off the engine.
8) THe car was ORIGINALLY RED...

I was kind of interested until I noticed that it was originally Red, not like I would have paid $7500, but I might have offered $4000 considering the work that is needed to put it back together. Not a fan of the Gold stripes with the Yellow paint, I suspect that they painted the Gold accents to offset that the Gold GTA rims looked crappy with a yellow car, and to help it Blend better, I think they would have been better off painting the rims Charcoal. IMHO

This one just sold for $6,900. Makes me feel good since mine is in better shape and I picked it up 9 months ago for $5,600. Of course, mine has a little higher miles, but it is in a lot better shape.

The winning bidder's ebay ID is tunedport350 ... so he might be a member of this board. Anybody know who it is?

A lot better shape, damn it must be like brand new because this one is in real good shape! I'd love to see some pictures...
