Re: which SFC?
I have the TDS/Alston SFC's. I have no experience with the Spohn product.
The TDS/Alstons don't take all of the body flex out but they do help. I would estimate that the body is 70% stiffer than before the SFC's were welded in.
As for clearance the Alston's hang down about 1.5 or so inches below the lowest point on the pre-sfc car... I've only had mine touch the ground a couple times in about three years, but I haven't lowered the car either...
As for opinion - I like my Alston's. I think they were one of the best upgrades I have made to the car.
Good Luck

I also have the Alston sfc's, but mine do not hang down quite as far as Speedy's. They are tucked up very nicely. You can only see them if you're laying down on the ground. I've also gone over a few speed bumps since I installed them and they don't scrape at all. Like he said they don't take away 100% of the flex, but the majority of it is gone. I'd say 70-80% has been taken away. I'm completely happy with them, they only took about 10 minutes to install since I don't have a cat on my car. The driver side literally just welds straight up but if you have a cat on your car you have to unbolt it to get the passenger side on. Mine I just fed over the exhaust pipe and welded it up leaving the exhaust in tact.

check shipping. 44883. those are really good to hard to find at first and I have no cat so no worries there I am sure the Spohns are like the Alstons in that regard. were they hard to install on yours 90?

ups shipping is 45 dollars. by the way those sub frame connectors are 195 at spohn. so it would be 185 with shipping.
