Thats funny, I have a 91 RS Convertible i was thinking of parting out but didn't have the heart to do

 

what color is the car and how much for the passenger fender? as well as the spoiler lip

Insurance paid me almost 6 grand for the car..... I paid 2 grand ontop of that, and what you see ..... is a $2,000 camaro Convertible.

Funny thing is... Never wanted to sell it, yet from the damage ya see.... never saw it to be a total loss either.
Yes, I should have taken the money and run to buy another one.
But I'm the second owner on this one.
And the first owner is my ex.

She drove it like the little old lady from Pasadena!
There was NO way I was gonna let this pup go to the junk yard for side scrapes.

No parts!
Took me a year to find the parts and figure out what ASC did to the car.
The door and fender was the major thing.
Only to find out... a couple of weld points changed.
Now I have the complete build sheet of the car.

Took me years to find, but....
When I want something....
I've got diagrams and more to offer them when they say.... ummm....

Sad thing is.... it's also my daily driver.

unless the frame is bent, fix that sucker!!!

From what I see, new fender, door, little work on the rear fender and some new paint.

 

My 91 RS is Teal also, & yes I do believe the frame is bent. My car was smacked while parked, on the RR, axle is broken, bumper RR quarter toast. I never saw this car before it was hit, but if you don't look at the RR, it's sweet! I got hold of the owner before he finalized with ins. The last thing I said to him is part of her will live.
Some things have changed since I posted, I bought an 87 IROC with T-tops on Fri. Now my 91 will help TWO Z-28's to live on.
I am working to make my 92 Z conv. red/red leather & my 87 IROC, black/gray, as close to original as I can with parts from my 91 RS, teal/gray. This reduces the amount of parts avail. but I will still have many.
Never done this before, a little help will be greatly appriciated. I do need to slow this down some, need to check out the IROC some more. It will be getting the drivers door & pass. door hinges, the panels under the steering wheel, & the seats. Ask, I will let you if avail.

 

I need to inspect my IROC fender a little closer first, but the car was smacked hard enough to push into another parked car. The spoiler lip received a two inch crack on the left side. It's still better than my 92's lip, so I might try to fix it???

91 pass. door to 92 (92's is rust free but has a crease)
91 locks to 87
91 ign. cylinder to 92
91 climate contol to 92
91 stereo (Pioneer) sold
91 16's to 92 and 92's will be kept & repainted (they are closer to pink than red right now) ha, ha, ha! Gotta get 'em off there
91 driver seat belt receiver to 87
91 A/C components to 87 (don't know for sure but the 87's belt is not pressent)
91 seats to 87 (87's are not bad, but 91's are better)
91 tonneau cover to 92
91 front spoiler lip to 92
91 windshild to 92

Now What I still need
leather wrapped steering wheel for 92 (air bag on 91 is perfect, will use it)
AC Delco stereo for 87
T-bar for 87
RR quarter for 92 (convertible)

That is as far as I've gotten. I got the 92 June 07, the 91 Jan. 08 & the 87 in Feb. 08. Not enogh time to do much.

 

you can take the RR off any of your parts cars. Its the same thing. There is no real RR fender for a convertible. You have to take a HT/TT and do whatever ASC did to them(cut and roll the top).

 

Yeah I know, the 92 is creased door to well, 91 is munched & 87 is fine. I was wanting two w/o bondo.
