Wow! At first when I read "new", I thought this was a vert with almost zero miles that has never had a title!

Looks decent. From what I see, the mismatched wheels and missing seatbelt bracket and cig lighter seem minor. The rest looks pretty good. Body is clean with what appears is good paint but it doesn't seem quite right for a '91 Z28.

 

I had the lighter but don't smoke and I use the lighter slot to power my Ipod FM transmitter. The seats are from a regular Z not a vert so I naturally removed the belt bracket from the seat as it would look odd in a convertible. I have all 4 wheels from both the older set and the stock 91's. The older wheels are on the front because the tires on them are new. What else doesn't seem right to you?

It has Z28 badges but the headlight pockets are body colour. They should be black for a Z28 or it's not a Z28. One or the other is wrong.
Also '91 Z28's are not two tone. The lower body ground effects should be the same colour as the body.

 

Car is still available. Runs perfect. No rust.
