tonneau pad removal
I'm restoring a vert and can't figure out how the pad is attached to the tonneau. I don't see any screws or bolt. I just don't want to break the pad cover.

I have been trying to talk myself into removing mine also. They are glued down.

Yup, glued. Start on one edge and work your way across. It's a zig-zag pattern so once you get started it comes off pretty easy.

While on this subject. Mine needs the vinyl covering replaced. Did you all remove the old vinyl or just cover over top of it? Is the vinyl hard to get off?
