Convertible Frame Issues
Convertible Frame Issues
Anyone had the bolts for the convertible frame break behind the windows? I've got two broke and not sure what the best fix is. I can't find these parts anywhere. Only thing I know to do is drill it out and tap it for a slighly bigger bolt. Any ideas?

Re: Convertible Frame Issues
If its the same one as I had go on mine I went to home depot and selected somethign which was similar...if I recall it was slightly longer and I just used a couple of washers as spacers, its not called a carage bolt but it looks similar but has a nylon sleve on it to allow it to pivot on the bolt.
It took a bit of searching but it worked out jsut fine for me. If you still have problems let me know and I will snap a quick photo to help out.
