I have two questions for all you TGO guys out there,

1. i have a 1991 Trans Am/Firebird Vert that i do not have a trunk key for... i can get into it by using the safty feature behind the trunks dome light... I was wondering if i can hook up a trunk pop motor as if it came from the factory?

2. Can I put doors that are not from a vert on my car and still have them shut and work just as the vert doors do? i mean with the windows lining up with the top like they should and closing right?

ive heard from some that you can do this and from others you cant, anyone ever do this?

im also looking to get rid of the factory rims i have for mycar and get something alittle different,

something aftermarket, or maybe stock wheels from a vette, 5 spoke trans am wheels from a 4th gen, ill include 5 of the rims shown on the car, all with tires and 4 with PERFECT center caps, and 1 14 inch spare with a brand new tire... factory tire from what it looks like, never been driven on...

Im also looking for 91-92 style trans am tail lights... or 88-90 style...

Some thirdgens came with a trunk release button, both for the mechanical trunk latch and the automated trunk-pull down. Look around, somebody is bound to have one for your application.

The wiring should be there, but don't hold me to that. If it isn't, you can simply run a 12+ from the fuse block to the switch, then the motor, then ground out the motor.

I don't have enough experience with convertible third gens to answer your question.

As far as wheels go, do a search. You can make nearly anything for the 4th gen's or corvettes work with spacers.
