my brain is about to explode here. i ordered a trunk lid for my vert last week and i am hoping for it to be here this week sometime, so the car will be touched up on paint. its a all blue z28 vert. i think im at a decision to 2 tone black and blue vert. if i go 2 tone i plan on changing the interior to all black over time. looking into leather seats now. need you guys to help me out here on a decision maybe post pics to help out too. here are my thoughts

1-all blue car with grey leather interior with iroc replicas either all chrome or painted up like oem ones

2-all blue with grey leather interior, 4th gen rear with 02 ss camaro rims

3-2 tone black/blue black leather interior chrome iroc replicas

4-2 tone black/blue black leather interior 4th gen rear and black zr1/z06/c6 rims

5-2 tone black/blue black leather interior black torque thrust w/ polished lip deep dish rear

6-or a combo you guys can put together for me

im kinda liking the 2 tone black blue to be different, but on the other hand i want to keep originality look of the 3rd gen. i need some help and alot of input. i wanna try to win some kind of a trophy with this car so i wanna do it right. i dont see hardly any 3rd gens at car shows and i want to stand out too..give me your thoughts.....

 

I remember a girl in town had a factory blue 88 Iroc with polished ZR-1 wheels with a black top and grey leather int and it was as awesome as my black on black 92 vert. That IROC blue that they had was the best blue. I have always thought that black was the best color for our cars but I also love blue, white and yellow. Some colors just better on some cars like a 57 chevy looks best bright orangy/red. A 55-62 corvette looks best red with a white cove and red int. 70-72 chevelles look best red with black stripes or black with white stripes both with black int. Don't 2tone it. I saw a black 89 iroc with silver ground effects like Dale Earnhardt SRs car and it actually looked great. It had a little red pin stripe just above the silver.

 

what about black racing stripes, black leather, black rims with polished lip? i did a search and i am thinking about the 17x9.5/17x11 vette GS rims in black with dd lip?. i want something that will set my car out from the other around, thats why i was thinking the 2tone. ive searched on the net for a 2tone vert and found like 2-3 and none of them were black/blue. i know what you mean with the right color looking good on the right car. ive uploaded a couple of pics of my last car i had, it was a 88 mustang gt did everything myself and no one had one like it around
