Here are a few more pics. While I know a lot of you on here could care less about an RS...this car is rust free.....no rust ever. So to have one in Michigan is a great find for me

Re: New Convertible Owner

yes it was an impound car. I was in the area when it was for sale and had the chance to look it over. It needs some minor fixes but appears to have been babied all it's life

brusked aluminum and black or all black. never seen yellow on chrome, but you have so many black accents on the car, black rims is a must with yellow calipers.

Nice! How much did it set you back?

Whats the exhaust on it? Loud? The exhaust tips look nice.

Re: New Convertible Owner

These cars are getting to the age now where all original should start being considered. The stock wheels are good or my favorite is the 88-90 iroc wheel which is not stock but a half brother. I always liked yellow and it was probably one of the two rarest regular colors. I like it a lot. I have wanted a vert since 1988 and just got mine about three years ago. I have owned a third gen since 1990 and I have four of them now so don't stop with this one; keep going.

Re: New Convertible Owner

The fact that it was yellow is what caught my eye.....There were no 1990 yellow verts. It is a repaint.... the interior is also yellow and black. Originally a white car.I'll have to put it away for the winter...any day now, but it has been a joy to drive it.
