Convertible rear window is cloudy.

Engine: 5.0 TPI
Transmission: Auto
Axle/Gears: 2:73 L/S
Convertible rear window is cloudy.
The original back window is cloudy. Do I need to just change it or is there a way I can clear up? Any suggestions or products?

Anything that will polish paint will polish plastic. I know that there is specific products out there for plastic headlight lense and stuff, and they may work better. You might break out some of your polish and try and small spot to see what happens. Make sure whatever you do to mask off the canvas... with my new top on I find that anything that touches it will leave a mark. I'm sure most would come off, but masking would be easier.

We are on the same page. I was thinking of the headlight polish I have. I was also thinking of trying Rainx over that. Any other input out there

Flitz will polish it back clear. Flitz will also make cds play that skip as well as polish metal. Oh, and don't change it out. Leave that car all original and perfect.

Just an FYI out there for all of us convertible owners... I would not recommend using ammonia based cleaners on the plastic rear window... Many plastics, ammonia attacks it and clouds it... The window I believe is made from Vinyl...
