Hello, I just got a 91 fire_vert and I love it.. needs a little tlc
Anyways!!! I'm contemplating of selling it or not..
I know there were a few made, and this one is super solid.
don't want to regret it... later...lol so I will like your opinions!!
Should I keep it and invest some cash in it... and have what I
Think is a rare car..
Or sell it.. car, tow, registration, fuel pump, I did the job= 1,350
Got a offer of 2000 for it...link...t/you.

So...you just bought it, and now you want us to tell you if you should keep it or sell it?
Personal Finance 101: Make your own financial decisions.
If you're not attached to the car and see the opportunity to make some money, then sell it if you're not going to miss having it. Otherwise keep it. Pretty simple.

Re: should vs shouldn't
I bought a 90 iroc vert, it needed (still needs) some work and I started getting cold feet, but once I finally got it running smooth I am keeping it for a while, slowly throwing $$ at it, not as painful if you do it little at a time. Also having fun fixing and working on things. Learning too. Occasionally a vert parts car pops up and I get what I need for a reasonable price.
I just had to keep telling myself - "This is a project car" - give it time.
or if you're not a patient guy, then dump it and run. Wait till at least the end of the summer and drive it in nice weather, other hand dump it in the spring for a few more $$.
Your decision.

No dude, I just read your other post, you only paid $900 for it ?
You should keep that car, you are way ahead of the curve with that purchase price. You stole it. Almost looks like a good buff job would bring that paint up nice - I can't see the dings, but live and enjoy it a little. Bird verts are scarce.
Throw a new top on it and fix up the interior .... tires/brakes, little things start adding up over time, but hell don't count it - cruise it a bit then decide.

Doesn't sound like you are really into the car. I got a ZR-1 vette and another 02 vette and all I drive is my 92 vert. I will probably sell one of the vettes in a few years and buy a GTA. If I had a 70-73 trans am then I would drive both the vert and the T/A. Have to ask your self which car REALLY gets your attention.
