Hex bolt with shoulder for my convertible top



I am having a hard time finding this bolt for my top for my 1991 rs convertible, its a hex bolt with shoulder and has 2 plastic spacers that go on each side. I ordered one before but cant seem to find the info on where i got them. They have been discontinued at the dealer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
