Exterior Radiator Cleaning

My radiator is kind of caked up with dirt on one side. What is the best way to clean it up without removing it or mashing it up??

I was thinking about maybe a water hose and a soft brush??

use the pressure washer at the car wash. it'll get all the chit right off of there. and it wont bend your fins either
