AC and Heater problem

Alright guys, my 85 TPI TA has an issue. When i run the ac or the heater it blows ok but for some reason, the front window fogs and glasses over really really bad. Not so much with the AC but tons with the heater, almost cant drive it. WHen i turn the heater on it blows hot air for sure, with a faint smell of antifreeze, no leaking on passenger floor though, and i hear the "thong" sondin the dash area. Any ideas folks? Thanks.

Heater Core needs replacement. The heater core has a small crack in it and coolant is seeping onto the face of the core so when you turn the heater on the fan blows the heated air from the seeping heater core onto the windshield causing the film you see.
