Aftermarket Fans

My secondary cooling fan just went out and i would like to go aftermarket, maybe dual 12s, i could just plug and play them into the wiring for the stock fans. do u think it is a good idea or do u know where to get a nice set of cooling fans.

Speaking from experience....aftermarket fans do not push as much air as the stock fans. If you already have a dual fan setup, you are much better off replacing the stock motors.

Besides...where else will you get a lifetime warranty on a fan motor like Checker or Autozone? Who cares if you have to change them every other year if it's for free.

I totally disagree, QUALITY aftermarket fans are much better then stock fans.

I highly recommend Spal or Be-Cool dual fans, they are just awesome. Dropped my temp from 210 to 180 in traffic with A/C on 90° day and I'm pushing 450 HP at the crank.

I already had a Griffin radiator and Stewart waterpump but it still ran 210 till I bought the dual Spal fans.

Here's the best price I could find on the internet:
