In my dash of my 87 iroc the temp gage doesnt work, any adivice on how to fix would be greatly apprecaited.

 

On the driver side of the block near cyls 1&3 there is a brass sender with a single green wire. Make sure it is hooked up. With the ign on ground that wire to a good ground using a jumper, the guage should swing all the way up. If it doesn't the wiring or guage is bad, if the wire was hooked up and the guage does swing then its the sender.
