long or short water pump?

Did my '85 Camaro's stock 305 have a short or long neck water pump? It was the carbed engine. Did all 80's Camaros come with a short pump?

No, other way around, he has a long pump. Short water pumps don't have the accessory mounting holes.

Right, AFAIK no stock car has has a short water pump for around 30 years now. Short ones are the choice for racing but virtually all cars from 69 up use long ones.
