What is the temp at the second line on a 91rs temp gauge?

Engine: Carbed 355 CR 9:1 xr276 cam
Transmission: 700r4 2600 stall
Axle/Gears: 3.42
What is the temp at the second line on a 91rs temp gauge?
Is it 160* because it is halfway between 100 and 220?

i believe it is 160*
