normal operating temp?

Axle/Gears: stock 3.73
normal operating temp?

Lately, when i've been driving around without the air on, the guage says i'm at 220, is that normal? Should i replace the thermostat, and what temp should i go

Yes it is normal. You don't need to change anything. If you were to change the Thermostat then don't go any lower than 180.

i agree i went from 195 to 180 and the cars runs a tad bit better and my temp alittle cooler now.

i have had three thirdgen 350 tpi's and all have ran 220 degrees, so it seems normal to me.

220 is where the single stock elec fan turns on, so it not a problem running there.

well, today the guage went up to the 3/4 mark when i was driving around town, and it wasn't hot out. Could something be wrong with the temp sensor or the guage?

you don't have a small coolent leak do you? Cause thats what happend to me. I had a small coolent leak and I started to over heat. But now that I have a new engine, nothing leaks. My temps are normal too.
