fuseable link for fan relay

my fan isnt workin on my car and i checked for power at the fan relay and there is none, not when i turn on the key or while its running or anything. i looked in my chiltons and saw there is a fusable link that is on the power wire to the fan relay. so i am guessing that fuse is blown. my question is that where is this fuse located at ? im prolly retarded and its under my nose but i cant find it.

I am pretty sure it's one of the ones coming off the starter junction.
