92 RS stock single fan- single speed or dual speed?
92 RS stock single fan- single speed or dual speed?
Have an all-stock 92 RS with the 5.0 TBI engine. Uses a large single electric fan from the factory. It's only got 2 wires going to it so I assume it's a single speed fan (on or off) but I'm not sure. Maybe the factory has dual relays powering it for low and high speed. What's the correct answer?
If it's dual-speed what are the criteria for when it runs at low vs. high speed?

Damon,
Hey man, what's happening!?! From the wiring scematics, it's an on or off operation. Are you having cooling issues?

Thanks.
Cooling is fine on any day that's not in the 90s. But drive around in stop-n-go traffic for a while with A/C on and it doesn't keep up. Not overheating, but running hot. The radiator and waterpump are not the originals but have unknown mileage on them. Car and engine have 197K on them, but are in good running condition. Just trying to check simple stuff before I replace everything in the cooling system.
