Gets hot for a little while when the heater lever is on warm.

When I first start the car it slowly heats up until it is at like 230 then it drops fast down to 160 and it will never go up again untill I start the car cold again. I also noticed that It only does it somtimes when the lever is on the warm position. I have a 160 stat, Electric fan, flow cooler pump, and stock aluminum radiator.
Never gets too hot but gets me worried Please Help!!THanks
