upper rad hose no pressure...bad water pump?

Engine: currently 350...BUILT 383 soon
Transmission: T56 w/4.10's
upper rad hose no pressure...bad water pump?
i remember on my old IROC when the car was on i couldnt squeeze the upper radiator, easily, it was firm. now with my 91Z the upper rad hose is really flimsy and doesnt feel like it is flowing much coolant, and my car is getting hotter than usual. my rad fluid is FULL so what going on?

Axle/Gears: still...none...(ugh)
To me, it sounds like a bad thermostat that is stuck closed.
