If you are talking about the oil cooler that is stock on L98 cars, it just plumbs into the heater hose return. No special radiator is required.

It would have to be custom for the most part... You can get universal engine oil cooler kits, but plumbing the lines would be the tricky part (it can be done, but I'm just saying that there isn't a specific '82-'92 F-Body Air-Oil Cooler kit available)...

FWIW, i am intstalling a stock C-4 corvette engine oil cooler in my T/A. I grabbed it when i got the L-98 motor out of a 86 vette. It is a closed system. The filter plate is much like th F-body one, BUT oils goes out to a finned cooler, and a 12 inch 12 volt fan combo, then back to engine. Have yet to try it, though all the parts are in my shed now. Can't wait
