Condensator fan vs dual cooling fans?

Ok. My car will not overheat, even when the temp here in south florida has reached over 90 already. The problem is when I use the AC. In stop and go traffic with the AC on, not only the car will overheat but the Ac wont blow cold air. At normal speeds (over 45) the car will stay at 180 degrees and the ac will work almost perfect. It is obvious I need more air flow trough the condenser and radiator during heavy traffic (75% of the time). I will like to know from your expers out there if I could overcome this by just installing a condenser fan (like those on modern cars) or if a dual aftermarket cooling fan will do it.
Your help will be apreciated

My car is a stock 305 carburated
3 core copper radiator
160 thermostat
new air dam
single electric fan (factory):
5 speed

I bet if you just upgrade to a fan that pulls in more CFM of air, you'll fix your problem
Check out Summit and Jeg's for prices on aftermarket fans.
