New overflow tank

Ok, have the GM part number for a new coolant overflow tank (14070997), but it doesnt appear to come with a new cap. My cap is messed up and wont seal anymore. is there a p/n for a new one? I think it may just be the rubber seal inside the cap... if so where can i find a suitable replacement?

AC Delco outlets, CarQuest, R&S Straus, Pep Boys, and Autozone all carry the appropriate coolant overflow cap. It's in the HELP! section.
