Lower Thermostat ECU Problems?

Ive heard that with lower temp thermos, computer problems can arise.What kind of problems and how can they be fixed?

at a specific temperature threshold (155 on my LO3, for instance), the TCC will no longer lock. This *can* lead to transmission overheating and failure. Other concerns include the same minimum-temperature criteria for closed loop operation, which will severely degrade fuel economy. As long as you don't go with a thermostat under 170 degrees, you should be fine. (Recently had to ditch my 160 because it was overcooling in winter and dipping below 155 on the highway)
