leaking radiator

ok i was sitting ina drive thru at a bank, and all the sudden white smoke started spewin out of my engine bay, so i pull over to an empty parking space and look at it and there is coolant gushing out of the side of the radiator, i dont know much about radiators so i dont know what the part is called...its toward the back by the engine, and it is on the side, its not a hole, it looks like there is a gap where a seam was or somthing, i tried sealing it with radiator stop leak, it worked for like 10 minutes and then started leaking, slowly then it gushed again.

Is this fixable??

thanks
