No pressure???

What is up guys, I have a 91 camaro RS with a 355 and it has a carb. I went to work on the cooling system, I put a BE Cool radiator in it, perma cool fan. BM trans cooler, and a Stage 2 stewert water pump and a 160 degree thermastat. This setup should cool the car off with no trouble but it still overheats. I have found that went i flip the switch on the new Stant rad cap(replaced because i thought the cap maybe the problem and i had a Stant on it before too) there is no pressure coming out of the radiator. Could this be my problem and if so how do i fix it and if not any suggestions?? THanx
