Need help removing A/C
Hey guys, I've removed the compressor along with the metal hoses that attach to the evaporator. Condensor is out. Evaporator is still attached to the heater box, which is all attached to the firewall still. What do i do next? Disconnect all the wires in the area, and take take the heater box, is the heater box that huge box next to the little on ewith the blower fan in it or vice versa? Also, at the time i can't get the no a/c box, which i'm desperately looking for, until i find one for a reasonable price, can i drive the car and still use the heat with the current box, just plug up whatever holes needed? Sorry for all these questions.

AC removal
I'm pretty sure that you can't remove the "AC" box because it is also the heater box as well...you need to leave that, but you can disconnect and remove the hoses that connected to the AC and evaporator...I would probably plug any holes in the air box and anywhere else just so nothing gets in them
