Ebay AC compressor?

Ebay AC compressor?
Thinking ahead for the summer and my AC compressor is leaking oil (and refrig) around the case ring pretty bad. Had bad luck with rebuilt compressors and new ones at parts stores are $250 on up. See several new ones on Ebay for around $150 or so. Any of you ever go this route, good or bad luck with this?

On something like an A/C compressor I would rather buy local.If you buy online then go with someone that has a good warranty/return policy.Some on the sellers on Ebay are regular businesses that offer this.Do just like you doing and think/check ahead before you purchase.Just my .02 though.
